Certification Assignment

Course certification will be issued to a single individual only. Clients are responsible for submitting correct registration information. The name on the certification will not be altered except for minor corrections deemed appropriate by CPRToday!, such as abbreviation, professional credentials, capitalization, error correction, or legal name changes. Certification will not be reassigned to another individual once issued.

Fees, Promotions & Discounts

CPRToday! reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice and to reject promotional/discount codes obtained from third-party websites. Promotions and promotional discount codes are limited to one per client and cannot be combined. The Price Beat Guarantee applies only to comparable products and is honored at CPRToday!'s discretion. Other restrictions apply.

Free Courses

Free courses may be offered or withdrawn at CPRToday!'s sole discretion and apply strictly to CPRToday!'s online courses and training materials. Certification (wall certificates and wallet cards) may be obtained for an additional fee as outlined on www.cprtoday.com/course_cost.php, subject to applicable clauses herein.

Non-affiliation

CPRToday! and all entities involved in creating, producing, and delivering this website and its materials are not associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

Limitation of Liability

If CPRToday! is found liable, your sole remedy will be a refund of the course fee paid.

Construction of This Agreement

This Agreement shall be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. It is governed by the laws of California without regard to conflict of law rules.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the materials or the website, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. Except where CPRToday! fails to meet its obligations as outlined, no refunds will be issued. CPRToday!'s "100% Money Back Guarantee" applies only to those whose certification requirements are not met.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If CPRToday! certification does not meet your requirements, CPRToday! will issue a full refund under the following conditions:

1. Submit a written refund request within 60 days of registration to support@cprtoday.com.
2. Include a copy of alternate certification dated within 60 days of the refund request.
3. Exceptions may be granted at CPRToday!'s discretion.

Refunds will be issued by the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days to post. CPRToday! reserves the right to deny fraudulent or abusive requests.
